Time Conditions
Overview
Time Conditions allow you to route calls based on specific times and days, enabling automated handling for business hours, after-hours, and holidays.
How Time Conditions Work
- Define a time range and day(s)
- Assign routing behavior based on whether conditions are met
Important Notes
- All servers operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- This applies regardless of your physical location
- Servers automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST) in:
- Canada
- United States
Always verify your local time against server time when configuring rules.
